These website terms apply to purchases made through Glenrowan Providore's online store. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care with product information, prices and availability. Stock can change quickly. An order is not final until accepted through the checkout process. Where an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery or other applicable charges are shown separately where relevant.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Alcohol

Alcohol may only be purchased or received in accordance with Victorian liquor law and our Liquor Delivery Policy. You must not purchase alcohol if you are under 18.

Product photography and descriptions are provided to assist customers. Packaging, vintages and supplier presentation may change from time to time.
