Alcohol orders & delivery

Alcohol may only be purchased by a person aged 18 years or over and delivery is subject to the conditions of our liquor licence and Victorian law.

Age confirmation

Where an order contains alcohol, the purchaser must confirm that they are 18 years or older. Evidence of age may be required on delivery.

Delivery

Alcohol deliveries must be made in accordance with applicable licence conditions and delivery instructions. We and our delivery providers may refuse delivery where age cannot be verified or where delivery would not comply with the law or licence conditions.

Gifts

If alcohol is being sent as a gift, both the purchaser and intended recipient must be 18 or older. The recipient's name and delivery address must be supplied and evidence of age may be required on delivery.

Responsible service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an alcohol order where supply would be unlawful or inconsistent with responsible service obligations.

Before commencing or continuing online liquor supply, ensure the VGCCC has been notified as required and that delivery procedures match the conditions of Liquor Licence No. L36156914.
