ACIDE™ Pickled Curried Cauliflower brings crisp cauliflower florets together with a tangy golden brine and a freshly ground curry blend of coriander, cumin, ginger and turmeric. A little sweetness balances the heat, creating a bright, aromatic pickle with plenty of crunch. Keep a jar on hand to lift grazing boards, sandwiches and wraps, or add colour and punch to salads, grain bowls, couscous and poke bowls. It also makes a useful tangy side for curries and roast meats, cutting through richer dishes.
