A selected blend of cider and dessert apple varieties gives it a cloudy, sunlit straw appearance, rich traditional apple flavour and subtle notes of toffee, butterscotch and caramel. Fruity and rounded, it finishes dry with light tannins for a pleasantly structured palate. At 7% alc/vol, this is a fuller-style cider to enjoy slowly, well chilled.
