Robust Sri Lankan aromatic and coconut curry blend. Can be used to create distinctive spicy curry puffs, crusted lamb or prawns, or curried minced meat balls. For a quick and easy curry, use a can of coconut milk, your favourite vegetables and seafood, then simply serve over rice. As a guide use 1 teaspoon to a can of coconut milk, or use 1 teaspoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.

Ingredients: Coconut, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Persian Lime, Cinnamon, Australian Sea Salt, Fennel, Cloves.
