All Saints Estate NV Bubbly Shiraz is a deep-crimson sparkling red made exclusively from Shiraz. It combines lively bubbles with rich berry fruit, roasted plum, dark chocolate, espresso and subtle coconut notes. A touch of fruit sweetness is balanced by zesty tannins, fresh acidity and a light seasoned-oak character, finishing crisp and dry. At 14% alcohol, this 750ml bottle is an engaging alternative to white sparkling wine and a great choice for relaxed entertaining. Serve lightly chilled and pour alongside barbecue favourites such as pork belly, short ribs or other richly flavoured grilled meats.
