This complex curry can be added to creamy or egg bases for Asian style curries, noodle soups, marinades, sauces, satays, quiches or fritattas. Can also add 1 tablespoon of mix to 1 cup sour cream, yoghurt or any cooked mashed vegetables for a unique dip. As a guide use 1 tablespoon to 500 grams of protein to taste.


Ingredients: Garlic, Coconut, Turmeric, Onion, Cumin, Lemongrass, Cilantro, Chilli flakes, Coriander, Paprika, Ginger, Lime Leaves, Chives Persian Lime.
