ACIDE Chilli Crisp Giardiniera combines pickled celery, cauliflower, carrots, jalapeño, wombok and red capsicum with peanuts and chilli crisp for a fiery, tangy condiment with plenty of savoury crunch. A layer of chilli oil sits over the top, adding extra richness and heat. Spoon it onto sandwiches, burgers, pizza or pasta, or serve it with cold meats, pork pies and a cheese board.
