Blue Ox Blackberry & Durif is a rich, fruit-forward jam that brings together the sweet, rounded flavour of blackberries with the deep, wine-like character of Durif. The blackberry provides familiar berry sweetness, while the Durif adds a bold savoury depth that makes this preserve especially appealing for more grown-up breakfasts and desserts. Spread it on warm toast, crumpets or scones, or use it to fill a sponge cake, roulade or tart. It also works beautifully with a cheese board, particularly alongside mature cheddar or soft creamy cheeses.
