Some releases lean toward classic caramel and oak richness, while others explore more adventurous territory inspired by the flavours of the High Country itself.
We’re especially fascinated by the connection between whisky and food.
Smoke, char, sweetness, spice and texture all play a role in shaping flavour, much like cooking over fire or building layers in a good dish. It’s one of the reasons whisky fits so naturally alongside the broader Glenrowan Providore experience.
