From smoky BBQ and handcrafted pasta to artisan preserves, whisky and small-batch spices, the region is full of flavour and character.
Our goal has always been simple:
to bring together the things we genuinely love and share them with others.
Inside the Providore you’ll find a carefully curated mix of regional products, artisan pantry goods and handcrafted creations from across the High Country. Some are made by local producers we admire, while others are crafted in-house through our growing range of brands including Glenrowan Whisky, King Valley Spices, artisan pasta and more.
We believe good food should feel personal.
That’s why so much of what we do is still hands-on — from building hampers and selecting products to experimenting with flavours and creating small-batch releases inspired by the region around us.
The High Country has a pace of its own.
It’s long lunches, smoky fires in winter, country drives, fresh pasta on the table and sharing a glass of whisky with friends as the sun disappears behind the hills. It’s the warmth of regional hospitality and the pride that comes from supporting local makers and producers.
